What does the $85 Base Service Visit include?

The Base Service Visit covers travel to your location (within a 20-mile radius of Herriman, Utah), on-site inspection, consultation, and up to 30 minutes of labor.

Do I need to pay the base fee if I only need one service done?

Yes. The base fee applies to all service calls and covers travel, time, and professional expertise. The service item cost is additional.

Are parts included in your service prices?

No, service prices do not include parts unless otherwise stated. If parts are needed, we will inform you of the cost before starting.

What if I live outside the 20-mile service radius?

We’re happy to serve customers beyond 20 miles, but an additional travel fee may apply. Please contact us for a quote.

Can I bundle services to save money?

We’ve already priced each service as affordably as possible—no hidden fees, no inflated rates.

Because of that, we don’t offer bundle discounts. We believe in simple, fair pricing that reflects the time, parts, and quality service you receive. Whether it’s one job or three, you’ll get honest value every time. 

How long will my service appointment take?

Most service visits are completed within 60–90 minutes, depending on the number and type of services required.

Do you provide new filters or do I need to have them ready?

We can provide filters for your system at an additional cost, or we can install customer-supplied parts. Let us know your preference in advance.

How do I know what filters I need?

If you're unsure, we’re happy to inspect your system and recommend the correct filters. Usually customers can send us pictures and/or brand and model information and we can get the proper replacement parts from our suppliers. In some cases, you can just schedule a service visit, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if my system is different or hard to access?

No problem — we’re experienced with many types of water and air filtration systems. If additional time or work is required, we’ll let you know in advance.
